Group Dog Walk: Next date is
Saturday 18th April 2026
All are welcome to join us for a gentle walk with dogs, even if you're coming without a dog you are welcome. If you want to join the walk please join us at midday or if you'd just like to come for a drink then meet us at 11am.
You don't need to let us know, just please meet us outside Sale Water park.

Coffee mornings/early afternoons are an informal way to get together and talk about anything or nothing, its a way to make friends, share experiences and always be made to feel welcome. You don't need to let us know that you're coming and at least one of our friendly team will be there to meet you when you arrive.

We love getting our magenta strip on and running with our mentors banner in pride of place.
There's always something to plan for.
All are welcome, but of course for these you do need to sign up.
Theres always a team of us watching by the sides with a warm drink so please come and spectate, we'd love the support.

The big friendly socials
We all love getting together outside of the clinical environment and spending time together in a situation where we aren't staff and patients, more like a big group of friends who have been through some tough times together and have reached the other side. Come along, bring friends, bring family, everyone is welcome and everything is paid for by our fundraising efforts through the year.
